Please contact us during our business hours to reschedule no less than 48 hours in advance. Classes rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance count as a missed class. Please call (714) 723-6960 to let us know.
Your first class dictates your schedule, although with enough notice we can try to get you in - make sure to give us a call no less than 48 hours prior to your class to reschedule. If you start your class Tuesdays at 7pm, Tuesdays at 7pm will be your class time for the duration of your package.
Missed classes are deducted from the duration of your package. For example, if you have two classes left in your purchase, and you miss one, or call out less than 48 hours before your class, you will only have one left.
As long as you let us know more than 72 hours prior to class time, we are happy to refund unused classes. Please call us at (714) 723-6960 to coordinate.
We will send you a confirmation text about 48 hours prior to your free class time on your first visit. In order to hold your spot you MUST reply to this text message. If we do not receive a reply, we cannot hold a spot for you. Thank you for your understanding.
