What to Bring

For the first class, just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle, we will provide anything else you'll need.  We recommend loose fitting clothes that are easy to move in. We offer monthly packages of 4 classes on the schedule and time you've chosen.  We also offer flexible rescheduling policies.

Stella leads all of our ceremonies such Hape’, Cacao, Sound bath and Yoga Nidra. Her primary goal is to elevate this planet by elevating people to live in their power. Stella's yoga classes are non-heated, and cater to all levels. This class is a mix of hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga.
